1.2          Our Quality Policy

 

The ownership of Kit Steel is dedicated to being a leading fabricator of rebar products to the construction industry.   To achieve this, we must maintain a level of quality above the level expected by our customers, one that enables them to meet their own project requirements.  To accomplish this, we have implemented a Quality Management System, and will use it to:

 

• Provide our clients with rapid and accurate service from the start to finish of all projects,

 

• Identify risks, opportunities, and errors, and create plans to address them,

 

• Continually improve our performance through the use of measurable objectives,

 

• Asking customers how we are doing and asking them for their advice, and

 

• Manage quality with unimpeachable integrity, honesty, and ethics.
