Kit Steel was the rebar supplier for the 64 Margaret Ave project, a heritage district inspired, contemporary community in the one of Downtown Kitchener’s most desirable neighbourhoods—the Civic Centre. The project is a modern interpretation of W.H. Breithaupt’s Mansion prominently addressing Margaret Avenue, paired with a modern six storey building fronting on Victoria.64 Margaret is walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment in Downtown Kitchener and community residents will have quick access to the upcoming Multimodal Transit Hub and the Conestoga Parkway
